Deficit Deadlift
130kgx5 - Fast pulls, will do 150x3 then 170x1 in the following weeks. Then pull 200 in the early new year

Pull Ups - Wide,narrow,ultrawide,hammer,
5 sets to failure.

DB Row
2 warm ups 10 reps
1 working set 12 reps

Close Grip Pull downs
2 warm up sets 10 reps
1 working set 10 reps

Chest supported row SS Face Pulls
10 reps - 15 reps x2
12 reps - 15 reps x1

Hyperextensions
BWT to failure x2
15kg to failure x1

Did a further two sessions last week, bodybuilding style.

Kettlebell snatch

1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 x2 Left + Right
1-2-3-4-3-2-1 x1 Left + Right

10 swings 10 second break 15 swings 10 second break 20 swings


Missed the kettlebell work, didnt fancy sprinting today so did this for some variation
