Hi Im new to the site,my names Jordan Im 17 and have been training solidly for about 3 months now.I train in ashton at olympic gym around 4 times a week just general strength training.Just thought Id start one of these as a way of tracking my progress and also getting some tips and advice.

Heres a list of all my PB's to date:

Bench press:112kg
Deadlift: 150kg
Squat: 120kg
Push press: 82.5kg
Strict press:60kg
Farmers walk: 90kg EA 10m
Pull up +20kg

Also thought I better put my weight on here,atm Im constantly inbetween 83-84kg.Hopefully this log will help me to keep a record of each session,Ill try update around 4 times a week.Happy

Thanks and yeah i really want to improve my squat to around 150kg and get my deadlift up to around 180kg,just gonna train hard and see how it goes
