Pleased with squats today,first set was quite difficult but 2nd and 3rd set were very easy.Struggled doing 3 doubles on 110kg 2 weeks ago so im making progress slowly but surley.




Leg press

120kg x10
120kg x10
120kg x10




Also practiced powerclean technique for about 15 mins,still getting the hang of it.

Week 5 of deadlift routine


Deadlift

Warm up then

Next three sets were done stood on a plate roughly about 3 maybe 4 inches thick

Next is assistance included on the deadlift routine


Power shrugs

92.5kg x5
92.5kg x5
92.5kg x5



Stiff legged Deadlifts

Barbell Rows

Reverse grip pull downs

Good mornings




Pleased with todays session,all deadlifts felt reasnobly easy and ive adjusted my stance and grip after talking 2 sam and it definatley made a massive difference,4 weeks of the routine left,looking forward to hopefully pulling a PB Happy

First time Ive done these,had abit of trouble getting momentum on the 152's but once I had the momentum I moved quite quick.


Finished off with 2 x30m runs with the 80kg sandbag

Very pleased with tyre flips they felt easy today compared to last week.Push press has improved massivly since last time I did it on a barbell,feel im getting my legs into it alot more now aswell
