Foam roller

Front squat -5x5 light working technique
Bench press - 105x5
Shrugs - 60x12 80x12x2 60x15

Assistance - Circuit format no rest
Hyperextension
RC sit up
Wide grip pull up
Parallel dip

Finished with fat grips pull ups

“Log awareness” coming back but I struggle to warm up using a 72kg log as the 62 isnt around anymore.

15 minutes static stretching - Lower body
Heaviest Ive squatted in just under 12 months, injury seems to be holding up well. Really happy.
