Lol! Il be honest I felt as if I was only just hitting parallel during that set I was really surprised when I watched the video back!

Deload week.

Bench press 60kg few sets of five.
Weighted Pull Ups 10kg – 10,8,6,6,6
DB Row 30kgx15 x3
Incline DB Press 27.5kg 12,12,10


Nice little session,arch is getting better on the bench.Weighted pull ups feeling great!

Deadlift DOH up to 150x1 pain free Happy My back seems to be aggrevated by switch grip deads so Im going to continue working DOH and aim for 180kg Happy.Just pleased to be pulling a barbell off the floor tbh. Happy

Loads of reverse Hypers followed by some planks and ab rollouts.

Squat 60kg 5x5

Yoke

180kgx20m - Fast.
220kgx40m - First 20m was good,a few drops on the return 20m.Back was feeling lack of warm up and intervals between bursts of rain.

Squat 60kg few sets of five again
RDL 60kg 3x10
Calf Raise 3x10 with a drop set after each one.

Nice light sessions this week,looking forward to my new cycle of training next week!

Bench Press 80x5 90x5 105x9 failed tenth
Weighted Pull ups 15kg 5 sets.
DB Row 40kgx15 40kgx15 40kgx12 37.5kgx12 Strained right pec during 2-3 set.
Incline BB Press 20kgx3 sets pec was hurting.


Good session,maybe scar tissue from last pec strain? not sure,confident its nothing serious though Happy

Cheers Mike! Im pleased with my progress,going to continue with basic compound movements and effective assistance exercises and I should hopefully keep on gaining!

Reverse Hyper 1x10 4x10 15kg.
Plank 3x 1 minute.


All deadlifts were fast and pain free on the back! really happy LOL! Happy
Im going to learn how to hook grip and hopefully pull something decent at the UK open.

Back Squat

Worked up to
100kgx5
112.5kg x5
127.5kg x5

Finished with some sets on the calf raise machine.In and out within the hour.

Decided yesterday to just hit the prescribed reps on squats today and they felt good.Im struggling to set up using the low bar position but Im happy with my strength levels at the minute.
