Seated DB Press 17.5kgx10 Super sets max reps with 25kg into 17.5 x3.
Pull up + Face Pull super set x6 sets –Varied grips hitting upper back from as many different angles as possible.

PUMPED! After having a painful session yesterday due to my sciatic nerve,this was great.I love pressing and its nice to end a weeks training with two PB’s.Happy with this weeks training

Struggled today,pec was playing up on the bench,was in two minds whether to carry on after warm up but managed to get the work in which is good.My pb will be broken soon!

Hi mate,thanks! I decided after dragons to just get in the gym and build some static strength on the main lifts and looking back I am pleased with the progress Ive made.You competing at dragons 3?

Yeah mate im doin dragons 3 cant wait for it now i think im gunna do the same after september focus on just building the core strength esp squat
