Pull Ups face pull superset 5 sets 6/10.


Maybe time to see a physio.Pressing was really hard due to whatever it is ive injured.Ah well,trainings not meant to be easy as they say!

Plank 3x30 seconds 10 second break between sets.


Lower back/glute felt alot better today,hoping to squat and deadlift next week.Today I did the board pressing I missed from mondays training session and the ab and lower back work I would have usually done after deadlifts.

Alright Steve,finally went to the physio today after 4 months of having the pain and found out my pelvis is out of alignment,quite abit aswell by the sounds of the physio.She did all kinds of weird technical stuff more or less tied me in a knot lol.Booked in again and been given stretches to run through daily aswell as the ones I already do so Im hoping this is the first step to getting it sorted!
