yeah thats the technique I use I didnt know that was the correct term for it. Sounds a bit better than 'push press with a dip'. I often wonder why more of the top strongmen dont use this technique on the axle. Im alot stronger with these than conventional push press.

Saturday Strongman!

Log press
70kg x 3, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 3,3,3, 70kg x 10

Easy. Found a new, much better position on my chest. hoping for good things on the log now.

Farmers
70kg x 40m (1 turn)
110kg x 40m (1 turn)
110kg x 5 pickups
70kg x 80m (3 turns)

Log carry/farmers medley
70kg log x 40m (1 turn), 70kg farmers 40m (1 turn)
Then repeated the above after a few minutes

Incline log press (pretty steep incline)
70kg x 6, 80kg x 6, 90kg x 6, 95kg x 6

We were too knackered to do anything else after all the fitness stuff so incline log press was a nice way to finish the session.

lol if you can get old belhaiven kegs as you can get hem to weigh 120k that will get joni to pass oot lol.
but ifyou can shoulder the kegs and run with them it really helps with progression on the stones i think that why its help me or i think it has.

but you have to post a vid of the bull in pain with the keg medley
AvatarWILLSAN
