This is the plan from Tuesday (days may change around at Christmas time if touring Lancashire gyms). As you will see there is little plan with the squats - just have to take it as it goes. If it [adductor] doesn't sort itself out soon then I've got details of a good physio to see. Oh, and there will be curling twice a week throughout December. Have a bet on with Joni regarding whos arms are bigger first session back in 2007. //////////////////////////////////// | ||
