I'm predicting deadlift ownage of your arseage around Monday/Tuesday time - and in all honesty that gives my dodgy left hamstring a chance to recover properly too. Dodgy hamstring + Max repping DL = potential disaster. | ||

(and not passing up the chance to hammer Ed!!!) Saturday 27th June DL: 76 x 5, 96 x 5, 114 x 3, 144 x 5, 162 x 3, 182 x 10 (+5 ragged singles). Set of 10 in under a minute (happy with that), the next 5 took about another 3 mins!!! lol 4 minutes in total! Not too bad. | ||
