Bench: 40 x 5, 50 x 5, 60 x 3, 70 x 3, 80 x 3, 90 x 10.

That was a maximum for 10s without a doubt! Still a long way to go on the bench! Unhappy

90 for 10 is very solid mate. I'm not so sure that the race to 130 is over. And if you dead 182 for 10 I shall be force to kill myself in particularly violent fashion.

Bare min today because I've got a slight pull in my left hamstring from ... well, another sport I'm not going to mention anymore in my log here! Bloody hell Roll-Eyes

lol, sorry Mr Clarke, but I'm running the 3 day week on the 5/3/1 which makes the cycle just over a week. I'm predicting deadlift ownage of your arseage around Monday/Tuesday time - and in all honesty that gives my dodgy left hamstring a chance to recover properly too.

Dodgy hamstring + Max repping DL = potential disaster.

yeah, ideally 6 months to a year of hamstring-induced lack of deadlifting should allow me to catch up a bitGrin

f**k the game tomorrow, getting stronger and deadlifting is more important than tennis! (and not passing up the chance to hammer Ed!!!)

Saturday 27th June

DL: 76 x 5, 96 x 5, 114 x 3, 144 x 5, 162 x 3, 182 x 10 (+5 ragged singles).



Set of 10 in under a minute (happy with that), the next 5 took about another 3 mins!!! lol 4 minutes in total! Not too bad.
