Thanks guys. Yeah, I find it tough and perhaps after I do my PB attempt at the end of the month I'll take a week light and fast. For me once per week seems doable at the moment, although as soon as I see any problems I'll cut it back and throw in some deloading and stuff.

After someone (I think Boar or perhaps Hayden) suggested I take creatine I have been and perhaps that coupled with good sleep and plenty to eat is what's keeping me going. Also unlike some of you, I have a very non-physical job (internet marketing) so I get to save all my energy for workouts and runs.

Ye i take creatine when i start to increase the weights as this is really the only way i can get good quality workouts in 4 times a week. I do still cycle the heavier stuff with the lighter stuff. That 200kg dead will fly up with a little more time mate. Good stuff

lol... but I've been having similar thoughts! I'll see how 175 x 3 x 3 goes next week. Also this 200 is only a mid term goal. By the end of this year I want to have done a 220!

Cheers. I'm using Met-Rx Micronized Creatine Monohydrate. And it's funny you should mention cardio king...

Tuesday 10th July

8km run in 46mins. Bro-in-law staying round for the week and he's a triathlete so I went round with him for a little jog. Back was a little achey going round after the deads of yesterday but all in all it was nice to get out there.

Lol you are a nuttar mate. I have been sat here at the computer for over an hour because i cant face going down the stairsTongue

EDIT - If i were you i would use up that monohydrate and than buy the 'ethyl ester' form of creatine. You can get them in tabs which are no more expensive and CEE is well known to be much more effective. I use CNP E2 and its very impressive.

Thanks for the tip... I'll look into it when this stuff is almost gone. I reckon I've got another few months of it left though.

Wednesday 11th July

Bench: 51 x 6, 61 x 5, 91 x 5,5,5,5,5. 5mins rest between.
Dips: BW+10 x 8,8,8. 2mins rest between.
DB press: 22 x 8,8,8. 2mins rest between.

REALLY pleased with that. I was down to do 88 x 5 x 5 this week but after being told to just put 90 on I was going to do that. However, had a mate round today and he was using the 10s and 5s so I had to whack on 4 20s along with the 11kg bar makes 91. AND I DID IT! ALL 5 sets. LIGHT WEIGHT BABY! lol!!! I hope this continues but I know it can't.

Top benching mate, deadlift looks more than on course too. You might just want to keep doing some sets/reps for the next few weeks as planned and then just pull 200 as intended then however much more you think you have in you.
