I wanted to leave my knee sleeves off for all of these, but chucked em on for the last two sets. Moved much better. Most of these sets were ugly as f**k, but this was the sessions I was dreading the most out of this training cycle. Made it through!

Good session, benching with the Karim brothers was fun, pushed me on to give a PB a go. Ed tripled 170 @ 83 ffs.

First week back on low bar squats, moved well.

Nice session, bench was real hard. Never done multiple sets of 5s above 115kg.

Last time I had some time off from low bar, it felt completely foreign and took s while to get into it. Moved well today, time will tell, +10kg every week now!
