Shoulders pretty sore, so a but timid. They were easy in the end but felt heavy on the chest. I think I need to keep these in.

That's like 300 pounds? I'm used to thick bars. Sometimes my legs are ship and I have a strong squat. Sometimes my leg drive sucks. No zing zip.

An update:
Not logged 4 sessions:
Session 1: snatch 90, fail 95 - left there as I had stuff to do.
Session 2: clean, two front squats and jerk - did 120, failed 126 - can't remember what else I did.
Session 3: 127 jerk double (vid on my Instagram) - can't remember what else I did.
Session 4: 140 5x5 squat, 210x5 deadlift, 110x5 CGBP done 3 weeks last Tuesday at Catt's.

Between then and now I have been on JC's stag do, which took nearly a week to recover from, and had a week in Menorca. Both were very enjoyable.

So, as a demotivated, aimless, fat, middle-aged man I did my first session back yesterday. It was just a general BB session, with no particular interest to anybody on here, but there was a 115x10 front squat in there, which was pleasantly surprising.

I'm going away again in 6 weeks, so am going to do a bit of a diet till then.

I need a focus!

3 sessions to catch up on:

A bodybuilding session with Coupe that involved 140x12 squat - can't remember the rest.

Then an 85kg snatch (build-up was EMOM), followed 120x7 front squat to start a bodybuilding session which also included 40kg x 12 incline DB press and 60kg x 10 BTN press (seated).

Then on Saturday I did a 120 x 2 jerk, 110kg x 20m farmers (pick up was MAX - failed it on the first attempt Confused Confused Confused Confused Confused !), then 3 runs of arm over arm (20m) followed by a sled drag (20m):

Monday

Tried out a Crossfit gym:

400m run to warm up, then mobilise.

6 min to work up to a 1RM strict press
50kg
70kg
80kg

Then 6 min EMOM on same weight
I did 80, 80, 80, 80, 85, 85

4 min EMOM of 2 strict pull ups

Then the main WOD:
2000m row
25 wall ball
1000m row
17m wall ball
500m row
10 wall ball

2 burpees every time the ball touches the floor (I took 3 strategic breaks on these).

Time - 17.19

Death.

Cheers Robbo - numbers will have dropped off now - I didn't do any training fur nearly 3 weeks. I just totally lost all motivation to train it eat properly.

Hoping to get back into it now though.

Not much action in here recently. I think I did a session on Wednesday 18th June, but can't remember what, then I went to Catts on the 24th June - squatted 170x5 high bar. I haven't trained since then. I've had no motivation whatsoever and just CBA!
