They were weird Adlington plates (22.5s?) that I didn't know about until Fat Pete told me.

Now you mention it, the '100' video looks to be 95kg - Coupe must have uploaded the wrong one.

No it is the 105 that I uploaded. It's hard to see the 5's behind the 2.5s. You only did a "yesssss!" on the 105 Wink

That overhead squat is without doubt the best squat you've ever done. Bar speed was defo sub 0.8 m/s

95kg x 0, 1, 0, 0 or something like that. Was pulling them well high enough in the end, but they were just 'off' tonight for some reason?

120kg - much better jerk than last week
125kg PB
130kg x failed jerk
130kg x gave up after the first front squat

Happy with the progress on these. First time I've cleaned 130kg since I snapped my wrist last April.
