Funny day today. Was off work yesterday vomiting but thought I'd give it a crack anyway. Been working it ct recently too which just seems to be full of people dieing. Old and young. Stuff like this never bothers me. I'm one of the few that get called up to xray dead babies and that doesn't faze me at all. But today just seemed to get to me
So I was left feeling really lethargic and down. As it happened what I did was alright I just moped around like a t**t
Fronts. Reps up to 185/2 205/1 215/1pb 225/f lost it forward. Should of tried again as felt fine but as I said funny mood. Gonna rattle these up next few weeks you watch
Rack deads just above knee. Reps up to 405/4 455/2pb 455/1sumo 475/f
Cleans 135/3 135/5x3
Rower 500m in 2.01

Got my pump on today
Seated dumb. 1st time doing these since hurt shoulder all those months ago. Old best was 85's/5. Today worked up to a hard 80's/5

thanks mate but im trying to get them numbers back up as ive just got back from my holiday. ive also been doing a bit of strong man training by blowing the cob webs off the log bar in our gym which no one has touched for years. plans are to train at sugdens on a sunday with a mate of mine.

Been getting pain in front of my hips last week n a bit. Was nigh shift last night so had a google and found all sorts of good things. Sounds like m not squeezing my ass so time to rectify this. Usual post night shift groggyness

I feel I'm strongest off floor so trying to lift as fast as I can so I get momentum into the lockout

Is rare i have a good day squatting as im s**t at it but today was alright
10.5" box squat is 3" below
11.5" is 2" below
12.5" is 1" below
13.5" is to my eye paralell but aparently ever so slightly under when viewed from side

All but the 260/275/300/315/335 reps were true box squats. Even front squats were. Not sure if your meant to but couldn't be arsed moving all the plates I had. The other were t+g
Plan on a few more weeks of raw squats of 3x4 then maybe 3x3. Then start wraps. I'll wing it. Didn't expect 335 to be so easy after the hard raw reps so will have to think.
Will always go deeper than 13.5 now though. Was just playing
