Hip thrusts are something I have to embrace more as my lockout is where I struggle the most. | ||

Yeah lockout felt hard for sure and this is something I need to address if I want to keep going up. Tried different machine and exercises but felt like nothing suited. At the moment bench and I disagree and I need to sort it out. | ||

The set up is all new to me and I have to say it will take time to adjust but front squats will stay on my list from now on. Food now: Doing s**t according to the scale and the 3h return trip to The British Masters with a more experienced lifter was an opportunity to talk diet and I will follow the pieces of advice given in the car (eat more meal but clean ones) and see where it leads me. | ||
