General feeling:
1st set: challenging on all reps
2nd set: third was hard and last nearly did not happen
3rd set: changing bar path: awkward transition section

General feeling:
1st set: all in. Rep3: had to fight using my back. Last rep was toughest - back had to come in
2nd set: rep3 felt better than set1. Last rep still backy
3rd set: felt like the best set

3x10 at 70kg --> getting more leg drive and feeling more tense throughout
X1 at 80kg --> felt great
X1 at 100kg
X1 at 105kg
X1 at 112.5kg --> fail

General feeling:
Set 1: first rep felt like left side was heavier. Need to set up properly
Set 2: felt better
Set 3: what is happening with knees on rep 3??
Set 4: best set

Bench was a good surprise tonight: wide grip is a whole new territory with plenty of new sensations to get used to.

General feeling:
Set 1: all good and sat down
Set 2: rep1+2 were high. Rep3 was best
Set 3: hips down but bar further from shins

Got to pay attention about bar going away from shins.

Misloading the bar threw me off big time. Approached 230kg feeling nervous, nearly shy.
