The last exercice was extremely difficult and felt very awkward - did not like it much.

General feeling:
Today I learned some good lessons: do not curl your deadlift and bench form gets better when Jay threatens to T-bag you.

In a more serious way: need to sit down more on deads and stop shrugging at top + when focused steps by steps on my bench I get a better form.

Came in with pain on lower back (left side) due to some gardening last weekend but once warmed up it felt all good.
170kgs are a bit backy but nowhere near what they used to be. The last x2 reps on all the sets of the 150kgs felt really hard.
For some reason tonight the tricep's work did not feel as good as last time...

First one - no leg drive hard mid section

First one - 1 f**ked up not focused, 2 & 3 felt easy --> going for x5
Second one - all felt ok but 3 where went to far forward
Third one - felt ok

The 105kg fail did not move much. On closer inspection Jay suggested I try to take my grip in a tad --> the 80kgs felt better.
Happy to add some weight to the dips.
Skullcrushers felt good - hard but the good kind.
