General feeling:
good session
squat form feels off at the moment: folding forward instead of sinking...

General feeling:
Miss loaded deads by 2.5kg
combo leg ext + lunges was great
hack squat with narrow stance put me out of comfort zone

3x3 at 202.5kg

General feeeling:
squat: felt great tonight - right knee tracked perfect with toes.
140kg was challenging but pushed it a bit - glad I did
dead: misloaded first set at 212.5 kg - cheers Bim for using a 25kg bumper plate and f*cking plate math

--> not a massive pause but still

General feeling:
not feeling happy about weight (been lower than that and bar felt better) an changed gym --> everything feels so heavy!
