General feeling:
First set: no problem.
Second set: no problem.

General feeling:
First set: 1 and 5 may not be in
Second set: all good
Third set: all good
--> hard work after a weekend away with some alcohol

Deads felt great and the 200s were faster than usual.

--> second time ever using a slingshot and I nearly died there.

General feeling:
First set: did touch and go on first rep
Second set: let it paused and felt better
Third set: same as set 2

General feeling:
Deads were not consistent from one rep to another - not happy.
Bench felt good even though left elbow was tender and little victory on that 2.5kg added today.

No video as I have not figured how to speed up several parts of one video.

General feeling:
First set: all in and felt ok.
Second set: went backwards at top of first rep (on my heels and toes off ground) and too forward on second one. 3 and 4 were ok
Third set: unracked uneven and felt it straight away when was standing up - still got it.
--> woop woop

Hips did not feel good on deads so stopped rather than hurt myself.

General feeling:
First set: f**king hard.
Second set: better than first one.
Third set: awful form: pushed towards feet too much then drifted towards head and finished it.
Had more in me for skullcrushers so will start with heavier weight next time

First set: deep.
Second set: all in BUT n2 pushed me forward, farted my lungs out at bottom of n3 and n4+n5 were just hard.
Third set: got x4 and hips shot up on last one. I felt empty after.

First set: couple of slow movers
Second set: took feet off floor on last rep and made it a bit harder

X3 at 160kg
Just for s**t and giggles really. Will be next week working set though.

Deadlift
X5 at 60kg

X5 at 140kg

Deficit deadlift on 10kg plates.
3x3 at 160kg
Narrower stance - felt good

General feeling:
happy with session today.
Will incorporate more assistance work.
