Singles on deads felt great but triple was harder.

X1 at 102.5kg --> transition chest/triceps stuck a bit
X1 at 102.5kg --> fail: right side came up quicker
1x5 at 80kg
2x5 at 85kg --> felt good on 80 so went up a bit

Chest supported rows:
4x12 at 35kg

Dips
3X10 at bw

General feeling:

Box squats
3x3 at 160kg

General feeling:
1st set: too much back
2nd set: hard reps as was not leaning as much
3rd set: good

Might drop weight down on the box squat until I get form right as I rocked way too much on the first set.

Squats: all set felt good.

Narrow stance:
1st set: bit weird but ok.
2nd set: felt it more this time and not sure if all reps are to depth.
3rd set: better than second set.

General feeling:
240kg was definitely not there tonight.
Set 1: hard

2nd set: lost line on rep2

4th set: feeling it

--> all in all a good session and room for 165kg

Nice squatting. No way could I do 5 x 5 at 160. I would be fatigued for 3 weeks.

Came in today having missed x2 leg sessions (squats and deads) plus went to a music festival over the weekend (short nights) so I expected today to be ugly - it did not disappoint.
