Cheers - not goals whatsoever as I am trying to get rid of some mid section fat but I am failing miserably at the moment.

A 260 by the end of the year would be awesome.

That last set was 65x9 Grin. If you want a bit of feedback make a thread and post it to the main forum, you get a lot more people looking at it.

Bench, 85x5, 65x9:

A friend of mine always says that losing weight is still a form of losing. Just go for the big weights and the fat will take care of itself, or it wont. Either way you'll have a big deadlift which is all that really matters.

Overhead strict press
x10 at bar
x5 at 20kg
x5 at 40kg
x1 at 50kg
x5 at 40kg
x5 at 40kg
x5 at 40kg

cardio:
60sec skip rope
x20 kettlebell swings
x30secs abs
--> did x5 circuits with 30secs rest in between circuits

General feeling:
Squat felt fine and I might look at either increasing reps on 160kg or weight itself and keep x3 reps.
Over head press was just for changing from my usual dips
cardio circuit was fun.

Deadlift and Bench session

Warm up for deadlift
x10 at 40kg
x5 at 60kg
x3 at 100kg

Actual work
x3 at 140kg
x1 at 180kg
x1 at 220kg
x5 at 180kg
x5 at 180kg
x5 at 180kg
x5 at 180kg
x5 at 180kg

Warm up for bench
x10 with bar
x5 at 40kg
x3 at 60kg

Actual work
x5 at 65kg --> focus on bar path
x5 at 65kg --> focus on bar path
x5 at 65kg --> focus on bar path
x5 at 65kg --> focus on bar path
x5 at 65kg --> focus on bar path

Seated dumbbell SkullCrushers
x10 at 22kg
x5 at 24kg
x10 at 22kg

Dips
x8
x8
x3

General feeling:
Deadlift felt hard and the last three reps on the last sets were a fight (red face and grunt).
Bench felt better but I do not know if it is because I skipped "heavy sets" and went straight onto rep work. Paid attention to set up and bar path - been told the bar path was better.
