      Squats were all pretty easy which is nice considereing I was basically doing two sets for every one of Jon and Mark's as I had a shed load to get through Grin

      Also did some DOH shrugs for grip, KB Swings, Glute Ham Raises and a spot of calf work



    Training was very fast paced but still pretty sweet!
    Squats were moving well and deadlifts were ok - I'm reaching my beltless limits on pulls though and I was struggling to keep my lower back flat on the last beltless set

For fronties - I always go beltless and it's just an accessory exercise for me and I'm wanting to stress my core as mush as possible with them.

For backs - I like to throw some beltless work in as usually when I put a belt back on I get a pretty big boost from it.
