ha ha i've moved out of the stone loading platform buisness.
there's a trophy for each category so the u90k lads will already have one , you entered the comp you lifted the most as an u105k so you get the (shoddy) trophy.

it was a good lift but for the purposes of this comp i'm afraid the recital was'nt long enough , you really need to be shaking like a s**tting dog at the bottom of the squat for at least 5 seconds , if my knees up to it I'll do a vid at the weekend to give you an idea of length of recital/pause.

Looking forward to seeing the videos with decent length recitals.
If i can think of a decent one that's a reasonable length i may go for a light opening bid at like 100kg tomorrow.

This isn't an entry, I am just setting the benchmark for myself. Not going to try and recite something til I have some actual strength, and my mankini in a slightly less busy gym (not this gym ahha)

Maybe we should do 2 classes like we had with the doh deads of Axle/Normal bar?
Maybe we could do pausie frontie and pausie with recital?

Good call. I'm over caring about shouting mid lift (as you can see) and filming lifts in the gym, but sat at the bottom singing twinkle twinkle or whatever would seem wierd hahaa

ok had a think about this , i can understand it might be embarassing doing a recital in a busy gym , so if you dont want to do the recital you can just pause the squat and do an audible count of 1and2 and 3 and 4 and 5 , although i would encourage you to swagger into the gym like a Boss make someone film you and shout out the chorus to "sex on fire" so everyone stares at you. Then start screaming "what the f**k are you looking at" whilst giving it phsyco eyes. You'll be instant gym legends!

I haven't posted yet because I've been recovering from competing last Saturday, however I will be making a contribution in the not too distant future. I just hope your eyes are ready for what I have planned!!
