Was going in thinking of doing 3 sets of 5, so this is a good starting point Incline Dumbbell – 45s x2, 30s x11,10,10,10 Meant to do a triple, but someone made me laugh on my third rep :s Pulldowns – 4x10 | ||

Yea just once a week though! tbh going by today's benching my PB could be in danger, so it'd be rude not to. Squatting, well... I'm doing RSR but I've realised some things I need to fix on squats, so will be playing around with a few different techniques and idea whilst I do this. On the other hand, I just heard that a local gym is holding a PL comp in early January. Naturally I'm gonna have to compete so all this planning may go out the window | ||
