Pause Bench - 122.5x3, 130x1
130 was a bit of a s**t rep, though it was never in any doubt. Go for 135 for my final bench session on monday perhaps??

easier than expected actually. Was going in thinking of doing 3 sets of 5, so this is a good starting point

Incline Dumbbell 45s x2, 30s x11,10,10,10
Meant to do a triple, but someone made me laugh on my third rep :s

Pulldowns 4x10

Yea just once a week though! tbh going by today's benching my PB could be in danger, so it'd be rude not to.

Squatting, well... I'm doing RSR but I've realised some things I need to fix on squats, so will be playing around with a few different techniques and idea whilst I do this.

On the other hand, I just heard that a local gym is holding a PL comp in early January. Naturally I'm gonna have to compete so all this planning may go out the window Unhappy Roll-Eyes

These felt smooth,fast and awesome. Note to self: feet and kneed forward is the way to go. Squats havnt felt that good since I was 105kg

Sldl - belt on 210*5
Pretty easy really

Got roped into helping with a delivery of a decline bench, two cable towers, and a hack squat so was doing "functional" strength training between squat sets too Grin
