Was close. 120 is my best fresh so not bad 2 board for lols. Paused 100/5 110/3 110/3 comfy but didnt want to go mad 100/3 at 1/2/3 board without racking. Holding it that long was hardest part band face pull. Band rear delt paused. Band pull apart | ||

The 10 set pb wasnt done all in one go, bit of pottering in between etc. This was and there wasnt a 9th there lat pull down 4 sets 1 arm lever pull down 5 sets 1 arm cable row 3 sets 1 arm band row 4 sets curls 3 sets happy | ||
