Solid session today even though I didn't have much food. Paused still feels good and solid expect a little shoulder boggle on the top of my shoulder maybe should warm up a little more with more band and bar work.
Reps felt good at the end and gave a good feeling in the shoulder so should be fine.
As for having the bands back in training man I have missed using them.

Trying to follow the little things in the 5/3/1 plan in not using straps and making sure I use good form.
But only had time during my lunch break to do Deadlift and a little assistance. Think this is all I can do session wise during the day for Deadlift. So will need to get some upper back stuff in on pressing nights.

Pleased with the session though grip was solid and I just went for nice and controlled pulling so its pleasing to get 180 for 9

Comments
Started at 120 again on the military press as I wanted to get more reps in in through the plan as in the previous plans I didn't think I did enough, so doing this again and build up and hope to hit the 150 again by the year end.
Tonight the MP felt good and solid if a little down on the reps but the mat will improve.
The dips pain I think is just because I don't really do them so will improve with time.
Pleased we the session overall

Good stuff Neil. I always find dips a weird one. When I first started training I did them all the time and could do them with quite a bit of added weight. Since I stopped though, every time I try them it feels like my collar bone I going to snap even doing just bw.
