Sunday 25th August 2013 - RE Deads and Overhead @ Middlewood

The time has come to switch up training and split off deadlifting and squatting into separate sessions - I'm just not been giving the pulling the attention it needs at the moment with the current setup of throwing it in after squatting
I'm training a day early this week and doing Mondays session on Sunday as I'm going camping on Wednesday and want to get squatting done on Tuesday before I go.

That's it for today, but I'm going to be doing overhead after deadlifting normally (I only benched a couple of days ago and my AC joint is giving me some jip so the extra rest will do me some good)
The haltings and RDL were tough after regular deadlifting, I'm probably going to drop the weight and switch to sets of 5 for next week.

In fairness, I'm pretty sure that t**t pushing past is the reason I f**ked up the first rep as I could see the movement in the mirror.
