Member 3986, 10449 posts SQ 340, BP 200, DL 400940.0 kgs @ 129kgs Eq | 16.5.13 Warmed up alot as my shoulders were tight Hang snatch 20 2x5 30x5, x1 40x3, x1 50x3, x1 55 2x1 60 x3 65x2,fail fail 65x 2 fails 65x3 (not bad) Was gonna do 70 but my elbow was hurting abit Squats 65x6 90x5 120x5 140x3 160x3 These were fairly hard so I thought I'd do abit of volume with 180 which ended up being 30 minutes of doubles 180 12x2 Done, then I did some events but we were all tired and hurting so I went upto 88 for an easy single on 1 arm dumbbell then did some vertical jumps and called it a day. | ||

Log I could clean this without any pain so just did some strict reps All 1 clean 65x10, x5 85x10 105x8 (wanted ten but it's still a rep PB) And that's about it. | ||

Wanted up Bench press 20xloads 40x10 60 3x10 80x5, x1 100 2x3 120x3 140x1 150x1 160x1 164x1 (close to the limit, PB without sleeves) 150x1, 2nd hit safety pins 150x2 2nd hit safer pins again but I managed to get it up 135x8 no safety pins, got a spotter instead, possibly a rep PB Squats 20xloads 40x8 60x6 80x6 100x5 120x5 140x5 160x5 180x3 200x2 190x5 180x3 140x20 (fairly easy for a 20 repper) Done, wore some new trainers today that kept me more upright on squats which is good. | ||

Bit of running then home, gonna rest up till Monday now. | ||
