Thanks mate! I think I'm going to deadlift only in a BDFPA single lifts comp in May.. Other than that as I'm on holiday in June I think I'll do the All England in August followed by the Classic in October..

Easy enough. I want 200 to be my minimum daily max.

Bench

125 x 1

Well I did 205kg on Friday... I think I was heavier when I squatted more in the past, and they definitely weren't deep enough..

250 was in wraps and I was 120, I did 220 raw on the same night which is my PB. Chase away Lee, I'm not going to be standing still though!! 220 by my next comp at least..

Trained tonight, felt really tired this evening before going so wasn't expecting much..

Squats

20 x 5 paused

207.5 x 1 - BW PB!

Well that was nice, 200 wasn't a great rep, lost my tightness but it didn't feel difficult. No backoffs as deadlifting heavy...

14" Deadlifts (5" Blocks)

90 x 3
130 x 3
170 x 1
210 x 1
240 x 2
240 x 2
240 x 2

Introduced straps for 2nd and 3rd sets so my hands didn't tear up.

DOH Deadlifts

170 x 1
190 x 1
210 x 1 PB

These were for fun and grip work!

Barbell Row 90 x 5 - 2 sets
Hammer Curls 2 sets 8 to keep elbow tendonitis at bay

Good session, enjoyed that, who needs sleep eh?? Grin

All my squats are to depth.. in the thick baggy grey shorts I normally wear you just can't see it, which is why I wore my short shorts last night as it shows my legs and hip crease! Nothing changed, no deeper either!

Easy, ran out of time.

So over the last 2 weeks (8 sessions) I have squatted 200, 202.5, 205, 195, 200, 207.5, 200 and 202.5!
