Good mate, apart from being slim and weak!

I'm running a Sheiko programme pal, today was 5 sets of 3 at 80%.. Don't get me wrong I could've easily done 100 but I'm sticking to the percentages as best I can as I'm benching 3-4 times a week!

It used to me, even twice a week heavy was too much but I seem to have adapted to this well and my strength is coming back up. I think it's due to the percentages and low reps.. We'll see if it works when I compete on 5th April in Donny! Then probably more so in June as I've only been training properly a few weeks since injury and time off!

U still doin powerlifting comps then ? Docs referd me back to Physio and said I should stop lifting lol

Yes mate just had some time off whilst getting my bodyweight down, too long to be honest!

Lol, they always say that! What's their reasoning for stopping lifting?!
