Don't get me wrong I could've easily done 100 but I'm sticking to the percentages as best I can as I'm benching 3-4 times a week! | ||

I think it's due to the percentages and low reps.. We'll see if it works when I compete on 5th April in Donny! Then probably more so in June as I've only been training properly a few weeks since injury and time off! | ||
