I'm going away for 2 weeks on Monday so training will be in hold. I trained at MP Fit today with 2 of my brothers. Squats 20 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 3 140 x 1 180 x 1 180 x 1 140 x 15 I felt a bit unstable on the first 180, was hoping to push the weight today but I thought better of it as my foot didn't feel good. 15 on 140 was fairly easy! Military Press 20 x 5 30 x 5 40 x 3 50 x 1 60 x 1 70 x 1 80 x 1 - Push Press! Deadlift 70 x 5 110 x 5 150 x 3 190 x 1 210 x 1 230 x 1 250 x 1 All comfortable, foot felt ok on these. Chinups BW x 10 BW x 5 BW x 5 Core Done | ||

Started CBL now, going to try and run it properly for a decent amount of time this time around and see what happens. I trained this evening, nothing much just a quick session as not much time either due to helping parents house move, I will sort my programme out to start properly next week.. Squat 20 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 3 140 x 1 160 x 1 180 x 3 140 x 6 - beltless I did something to my glute whilst warming up, felt painful, feels ok now though. Sumo Deadlift 60 x 5 100 x 5 130 x 5 160 x 3 180 x 1 200 x 2 200 x 2 200 x 2 200 x 2 200 x 2 - Conventional 200 x 2 Did a set conv to compare and the lockout was harder. I was working different positions each pull to see what was working best, although fatigue affected the last couple of sets. I will upload a vid later. | ||
