My foot is still sore but feeling a lot better and can transfer weight through it now.

I'm going away for 2 weeks on Monday so training will be in hold. I trained at MP Fit today with 2 of my brothers.

Squats

I felt a bit unstable on the first 180, was hoping to push the weight today but I thought better of it as my foot didn't feel good. 15 on 140 was fairly easy!

Military Press

Maybe it's a psychosomatic sympathetic injury because Savage has hurt his foot too. You could be inexplicably linked, your yin to his yang. There's probably a sitcom there.

Are you coming up to the YNE Classic? I know you're not competing but I enjoyed your pep talk after my failed squat last comp.

Ha! I've not been following that crazy recently.

I wanted to but it's too far plus I've been helping my parents move house and lots to do at home post holiday!

2 weeks off whilst away in France. Started CBL now, going to try and run it properly for a decent amount of time this time around and see what happens.

I trained this evening, nothing much just a quick session as not much time either due to helping parents house move, I will sort my programme out to start properly next week..

How tall/wide are you? Although you're pulling sumo and it looks like your feet are almost touching the plates, it still looks like you're not going out all the way.

Thanks mate! I'm 6'2" and fairly wide.. There is about an inch or so between my toes and the plates, any closer and I'm fearful for my toes!!

Took it's toll! I was working different positions each pull to see what was working best, although fatigue affected the last couple of sets. I will upload a vid later.

How come your playing sumo mate? Surely your more suited to conventional
