Had a blowout on my shorts in the hole on 205! I nearly had to dump it but ended up grinding it out, it massively threw me off... | ||

Deadlifting as well, at the Edge with big dog. Squats 20 x 5 70 x 3 70 x 3 110 x 3 150 x 1 190 x 1 paused Nice, but that's enough squatting this week! Deadlift 110 x 3 160 x 3 200 x 1 230 x 2 250 x 2 16" Deadlift (7" blocks approx) 200 x 2 230 x 2 260 x 1 Fancied a double, sadly 1 was enough! 3" Deficit Deadlift - DOH & Beltless 110 x 3 160 x 3 200 x 3 Nice! | ||

Cheers Jim! The Edge is in Leeds, the vid from last night is a new gym, well sort of! It's the Metrodome which has been massively revamped, it is really good in there now. Probably, well definitely the best equipped gym I've trained at with the exception of the barbells which aren't good.. | ||

My actual max at the minute will be around 210 I reckon, if not more. That's Sob, he posts on here as Leedsminipower, he is beast. | ||
