Started with Bench today

Bench

130 was a grind

Squats

Squats weren't great today. Had a blowout on my shorts in the hole on 205! I nearly had to dump it but ended up grinding it out, it massively threw me off...

Training in the dungeon tonight:

My lower back has been feeling really tight and sore these last few days.. I think I'm going to have to reassess pulling heavy twice a week.

None of these felt good so left it there for today.

Back and just generally didn't feel great warming up so just did...

Not a great session but I'll take being able to squat 200kg on a bad day.

Yes mate, well every session which is 4x a week upto a max followed by back off sets depending how I feel.

Cheers Jim! The Edge is in Leeds, the vid from last night is a new gym, well sort of! It's the Metrodome which has been massively revamped, it is really good in there now. Probably, well definitely the best equipped gym I've trained at with the exception of the barbells which aren't good..

I dunno! That's probably the heaviest I've paused.. My actual max at the minute will be around 210 I reckon, if not more.

That's Sob, he posts on here as Leedsminipower, he is beast.
