My kids come first so training will have to fit in around them and helping the Mrs! Got my Concept 2 up and running now and it stands me at £70 lol after buying some bolts, foot rest set up and straps. PM2 monitor is working, and it seems to run nicely. Cleaned out 10 year old clogged up dust from the flywheel casing, might need a new grill cover.. Tested it out tonight. Mobility Limber 11 (9, don't rate the last 2) Foam rolling of upper and lower back. Concept 2 500m warmup - 2:20 500m - 1:38 2000m - 8:07 With the 500 I set off fast and the first 350-400m were at 1:19-1:21 pace but I just hit a wall and stopped rowing! I finished it off very slowly too. I must've not rowed for a fair few seconds so I'm annoyed. Felt knackered though. Once my fitness is up I feel I will be quick. I need to beat my brothers 1:21.9! The 2000 was tough after the 500 so could go quicker. I'm so unfit. Targeting under 7:00 initially.. | ||

I need to build my fitness/stamina really as I gas out quickly. I want to go quicker on the 500m, which I think I can. Same for the 1k and 2k, initially I want to go under 7 mins for 2k so under 3:30 for 1k.. | ||
