It feels really strong, I'll just have to get used to it!!! Bench - Paused 20 x 10 60 x 5 100 x 3 120 x 2 120 x 2 120 x 2 120 x 2 Big loooong pauses. All felt good | ||

I may have done but they wouldn't have been as easy and form would've broke down.. When I did 200 a few weeks ago I managed 2 sets of 4 then only 3s. These feel much better strength and technique wise | ||

I need to work on my drop speed and catching the clean properly. I'm going to regress to hang cleans or high hangs as I'm exploding from the knee rather than mid thigh at the moment! I have mobility issues as well which I need to work on! I was coaching Sob yesterday doing full cleans for the first time, well broken down and then doing hang cleans and he picked it up so quickly upto 90kg no problem. In 3 years time I'll be a master I might be able to snatch 75 then and C&J 130!! | ||

Here's why: Bench 20 x 10 20 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 3 120 x 1 140 x 2 PB 140 x 2 140 x 1 paused 140 x 1 paused Failed 3rd rep on 1st set half way up! Nay mind, still a PB and well happy as never rep'd 140 (obv). I did more reps on 140 tonight than I have benched 140+ before!! The paused ones were nice. Squat - Low Bar 20 x 5 70 x 5 120 x 3 160 x 1 180 x 1 200 x 1 220 x 1 - equalled my long standing PB!! 225 x 1 PB !!!!!!!!!!!! Felt fast too. 207.5 x 1 207.5 x 1 Wow! So pleased, finally starting to progress again and I don't intend on stopping. A vid will follow, the only downer was that my phone was being wank and it didn't film my 225! | ||
