Tried these at widest grip possible today, felt ok, but totally different to how narrowly I normally bench.

Trained tonight at X4Less in Leeds for the first time in a while, the equipment is crap, makes me appreciate my own set up even more.

Deadlift

The last set was the easiest and best. My left knee was very sore in the first few sets for some unfathomable reason..

Found a new gym, well one close to me that has a major revamp and is now sweet, apart from having crappy bars.. I went there as I'm coaching my bro's rather than all squeezing into my garage!

Strong lifting mate,

How long you going Bulgarian? Reason I ask is over a month you'll think you've lost strength, but it's just fatigue.... Soon start rocketing back up and beyond!
