Well done with your come. It's surprising how you can break so easily with it but not lock out. Do you do any height work?

This past weekend I was on a 2 day Strength and Conditioning coaching course in Leeds which I really enjoyed. I was beasted on both days so definitely counting it as my conditioning for last week! Only problem was that I injured my foot/ankle on the agility stuff!! Luckily there are no breaks, despite the intense pain, and it is feeling a fair bit better now already.

I am starting up my PT business with an official start date at Fitness Flex, Barnsley, on 30/06/14.
