New year, new journal as it is no longer 2013!

The focus this year is continuing to get in shape, fitter and leaner, and then get stronger. Powerlifting is still the main focus but at a lighter weight, potentially strongman too. Also learn the Oly lifts..

Squat: 250 wraps, 230 raw
Bench: 145 raw
Deadlift: 272.5 Conv, 280 Sumo

Platform
Squat: 230 wraps 205 raw
Bench: 137.5
Deadlift: 267.5 Conv

Strength Goals for the platform

Just been to physio again this afternoon and my thumb has improved. No strength testing or putty yet though, back in 2 weeks with more exercises to do. Had a massage and some ultrasound therapy which is new to me!

Not had time to train much this week! Managed to pick up a Concept 2 Model C rower for 50 though! Bought it off eBay from a gym at Birstall, Leeds. Needed a couple of bits that ive now got, can't wait to use it.

Trained this morning though at 7am before work.
