I was back at work yesterday after some weeks off so felt a little drained. Leeds with Sob.. Military Press 20 x 10 20 x 10 50 x 8 60 x 8 60 x 8 Front, Side, Rear Raises Pullups, Pendlay Rows Rowing 500m in 2:05. 31 secs quicker on not so good Matrix rower. Looking forward to using a Concept 2 soon. | ||

Rowing Work has a Concept 2! ![]() 500m in 1:35, a rest and then another 500 in 2:10. Happy with that on first attempt! Military Press 20 x 10 40 x 10 50 x 10 50 x 8 Strict Pullups 5, 5, 4 Front, Side, Rear Raises Short on time so quick session. Just been to physio again this afternoon and my thumb has improved. No strength testing or putty yet though, back in 2 weeks with more exercises to do. Had a massage and some ultrasound therapy which is new to me! | ||

Managed to pick up a Concept 2 Model C rower for £50 though! Bought it off eBay from a gym at Birstall, Leeds. Needed a couple of bits that ive now got, can't wait to use it.
