I have a system which facilitates weight gain... I don't feel like I have enough control over my morning weight, but I can damn well make sure I go to bed heavier than I did the night before.... Do this often enough and you put on weight....

Thats what Arnie used to do. Refusing to go to bed till he weighed a certain weight.
