Clean Pull from Hang 160 x3 160 x3 160 x3 160 x3 160 x3 Rehab Press 50 x5 70 x5 70 x5 70 x5 80 x5 80 x5 Improvement continues, there was pain, but a little less than last time, weight was increased slightly too. So much so, Mrs W usually ends our cardio sessions with the breathless words "My God, you're a beast.... i can't breath!!".... testament to my abilities, or reference to my portiliness???.... the answer my friend is up to you Joni - Back to normal next week for sure, build up for the August push and pull begins!!!! Barbuda - Thanks for the wishes with the shoulder mate. Snatch Balance? Start upright with the bar across your back with a snatch grip then with a little dip and drive throw the bar upwards and drop into the full snatch position. Good for feeling positions and helps in getting you into dropping into bottom positions. I'm currently just staying with an empty bar as i'm doing them to coax the shoulder into shape, but nothing stopping you building the weight up if you wish. Excellent exercise. | ||
