3rd May, Cardio, Mawdesley Cricket Pitch

Very Light Sprints
15 mins various lengths and directions

Finding Car Key
30 mins

Stretching
10 mins

I don't know what it is about me and s**tting keys. There was that incident at Adlington a few months ago and the time I drove all the way back from a cricket match with our changing room key in the car (which unfortunately for all my team-mates was locked, cue a hasty return).

Anyway, tonights fun involved me thinking my dog had picked the key up and ran off with it somewhere. So I searched all around the bleeding cricket pitch for literally 30 minutes. Then I found it in my bloody sock. I had checked them a few minutes into the search but somehow missed it.

Maybe it's the lack of milk, I hear the corner shop in Manchester might be going under now I'm not buying my 4 litres a day Eek

Work is going well mate, seems a nice chilled out office to work in and it only takes 40 mins to get there with a cheeky on/off at Charnock Richard.

Cheers mate, maybe we could have a Sugden beach day?

Incidentally, do you shave your chest rug off in cutting season?

shave at the beggining to desenstise the skin a bit then start waxing like to wax it twice before i go on a beach so that it doesnt get all rashy.

why you thinking of waxing/ shaving to show off your abs i recogn it drops like 2% bf in terms of the way you look
