It must be hard(er) to do with the higher HR/paced work though with it only being shorter duration? If you can keep HR right for UT1 2 and AT I think they are the most important TR and AN will be pretty much max effort if doing them right. I know I am not a great role model but I really want you to nail that 6.30

Member 9, 18279 posts SQ 210, BP 167.5, DL 260637.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 01.08.2020 @ 18:39 PM by Sparrow SaturdayBack was still a little tender today as was my head. With the lovely weather this afternoon, I opted for some more UT2/1 work on the MTB, which was very enjoyable. I think the back should be good to go tomorrow or Monday. 6:29 is going to happen, JT.

Walk your talk Member 5, 25558 posts Administrator | I find that my back feels like it might have a spaz out when i am doing somthing mundane .... moving boxes from one pallet to alother , putting away the tali lift , putting on our dans shoes for him , sore of 'backy' movements but not enormous lifts ,anyhoo its been fine recently riding bikes helps keep it nice and loose in 2 weeks time, I am off for 2 weeks so that might be a good time for a brutal shed session

always lookIng for the extra UT2 work. Member 9, 18279 posts SQ 210, BP 167.5, DL 260637.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | Yeah, I think the root of my problems is my mattress. I wake up crippled most mornings, but it eases up throughout the day. I’ve got a 2k scheduled in a week or two, so I’ll tie it in with a session with the captain.

always lookIng for the extra UT2 work. Member 9, 18279 posts SQ 210, BP 167.5, DL 260637.5 kgs @ 103kgs UnEq | Monday Back felt good to go. Squat 135kg x 5, 5, 5 Incline bench press 60kg x 12 70kg x 10 80kg x 8 70kg x 12 C2 14 mins 3679m SR 23 1:54.1 4 mins rest 14 mins 3671m SR 24 1:54.4 4 mins rest 14 mins 3680m SR 23 1:54.1 HR upon completion (15 secs x 4) was 160. This puts me well into AT/TR zone. Clearly, I'm not doing it properly. The only thing I can see why this won't be totally detrimental is that I'm not doing many (or any!) high intensity sessions, so it won't impede my recovery for those sessions. When I do start with more of those sessions, I can see it becoming more of an issue... Having said that, I do only row on alternate days mostly, so maybe it won't.
