Deadlifts: 60x6 100x5 140x4 160x3 170x3x2 Chinups: BWx10x2 BWx7 Dumbbell Row: 40x10x3 Close-grip Pulldowns: 45x10x3 Barbell Curls: 30x10x2 Hammer Curls: (arms DEAD!) 10x5f 10x6f lol Bodyweight down to 84.7kg this morning. Very crappy weight-loss this past month. Quite low protein, just erratic diet. | ||

Feeling weak. I've been coughing my lungs up for the past 3 weeks now, lots of multi-coloured mucus. Lungs are way down on capacity, and these workouts are exhausting me a lot. | ||
