4 months away and nearly 10kg weight just wasted away. f**k everything.

But yeah, still pretty disappointed. It'll come back soon. Just moved, now only a 5 minute walk to the gym.

I sometimes forget you're doing a medical degree and have responsibilities, wife, kids, and all that other stuff that involves living the real world that I don't do

To that end, i think you do very well to keep your hand in

Also you're one of dem "natural squatters" i hate so no doubt you'll be back at 190 within a matter of a two months

I want 200/120/230 this year. Not too lofty goals, should be attainable if I can have the same level of consistency as I did last year. It is my final year though, so that's why I'm not getting to ambitious with training goals, just need to not fail final year.

It won't be purely strength focused, I want to finally get in shape and look good naked, which is why I haven't made the goals that big. I want to get down to a lean 75kg with the long term goal of being 80kg and lean - I think that's going to be quite difficult for me. If I can even get my old PBs at a sub-80kg BW, that'd be great. I'm about 82kg now, and no where near having abs.

I haven't really given programming much thought. Ideally I'd like to still be squatting heavy twice a week, pulling heavy at least once - but also with a bunch of assistance and isolation stuff thrown in. But that will in part be dictated by how buys I'm going to be. The plus side is living so close to the gym, as that should negate the longer sessions a bit.

Might run Smolov to get my squat back up quickly. And just for a bit of punishment for taking off so long.

Forgot to put on my StrengthShop knee sleeves. They felt harder than I expected, and couldn't figure out why. Then realised I forgot the sleeves. Still got what I wanted, just felt a little off.

Trying to get the rugby lads that run our hospital gym to organise a little powerlifting comp after the summer. They all squat high, though even still not many squat over 160. They'll be in for a shock trying to squat to depth.
