I want to get down to a lean 75kg with the long term goal of being 80kg and lean - I think that's going to be quite difficult for me. If I can even get my old PBs at a sub-80kg BW, that'd be great. I'm about 82kg now, and no where near having abs.I haven't really given programming much thought. Ideally I'd like to still be squatting heavy twice a week, pulling heavy at least once - but also with a bunch of assistance and isolation stuff thrown in. But that will in part be dictated by how buys I'm going to be. The plus side is living so close to the gym, as that should negate the longer sessions a bit. Might run Smolov to get my squat back up quickly. And just for a bit of punishment for taking off so long. | ||

They felt harder than I expected, and couldn't figure out why. Then realised I forgot the sleeves. Still got what I wanted, just felt a little off. Trying to get the rugby lads that run our hospital gym to organise a little powerlifting comp after the summer. They all squat high, though even still not many squat over 160. They'll be in for a shock trying to squat to depth. | ||
