Yeah, in final year I only have enough time to go in maybe once or twice a week. So I try to fit in more each session.

Main goal is to get moderately lean, but having some motivational issues at the moment. But short term goal is to squat 180 in 4 weeks time. That's because for the next 4 weeks I'll be at the hospital with a decent gym so my training will be consistent. After that, I'm all over the place, literally all over London and South East England. And preparing for finals, so training will not be consistent.

So I'm not going to go for 180 at all costs, I'm still going to be eating reasonably. I'd really like to get 180 at 80kg BW, but realistically it will probably be 85kg. I'm about 83-84 atm.

Doing a little deadlift reset. These were fast and easy as they should be.

Squats weren't too bad, but wish they were easier.

And did my monthly OHP, really need do these regularly. Though I have been doing some seated DBs.

Well you squatted after you deadlifted so yes they will be harder than usual.
