But I took some paracetamol/ibuprofen and it felt fine, so I did some other pressing stuff and it was ok. Probably should've OHP'd though, it needs a lot of work. | ||

Briefly, Squat (previous unwrapped PB 182.5) 175 180f Bench (previous PB 112.5) 110 Deadlift (previous PB 220) 210 Was disappointed with the 180 because I smoked 175. But 180 just stopped. I think I need to remember to pull my hips through for lockout. Grip was almost an issue with the deadlift; my grip is always s**t. | ||
