Depth could be better.

Definitely need to shoot benches from a different angle...

Left wrist was rather sore today so I decided not to do any barbell OHP and let it rest. But I took some paracetamol/ibuprofen and it felt fine, so I did some other pressing stuff and it was ok. Probably should've OHP'd though, it needs a lot of work.

Very brief session today, but decent.

Squat
warmup
155x5
155x1 paused (PB)
120x10 high bar beltless

Bench
warmup
92.5x5 (technically a PB set of 5 simply because I just did sets of 3 from 92.5 onward last time)

The other guy walking around in this video of 155x5 is ex-England Rugby player Tom Rees. He retired due to injury and has now in fact started Medicine at Imperial College.

From what I've seen, yes I can. I've only seen him rep 130 for 10 I think. But unlike most rugby guys, he seems to hit depth. And he's got Nike WLing shoes (I think they're WLing shoes). Very nice guy too.

45x8 (PB)

Deadlift was a tough set. I stopped and quickly re-chalked after the 3rd rep but I think I was probably stalling for the next reps more than actually needing to re-chalk. This is a tied PB for 5, but I'm 5kg lighter. 190x5 would be a full PB, but I don't think I'll get it, these were tough.

The 190x5 vid was from last year, not sure if that was clear. But yeah, still not toooooo far off.

Did an impromptu meet with a friend today. Briefly,

Squat (previous unwrapped PB 182.5)
175
180f

Bench (previous PB 112.5)
110

Deadlift (previous PB 220)
210

Was disappointed with the 180 because I smoked 175. But 180 just stopped. I think I need to remember to pull my hips through for lockout. Grip was almost an issue with the deadlift; my grip is always s**t.
