Though the bench is still quite low, it felt pretty good for the first time in a while. The bench at my gym needs to be re-covered as it's full of duct tape that is quite slipper and I can't get any leg drive. Some of the tape flipped up and the sticky side was gripping my back; felt great. *buys tacky for benching*
