First rep on vid went forward, 2nd was a little high, 3rd felt good. Went to do 3 more, but I was sinking them nice and easy so did 5 good below parallel reps. 100kg bench was hideous, but got it. f**king deadlift. Dunno what's going on there. Second time to fail 190x3. The whole pull is hard, even off the floor which is usually not a problem for me. | ||
