Squat was a tiny bit deeper than last week, but I'd say it is barely to parallel. Good enough for now, but I thought I was going deeper. Still need to get stronger. Vid later.

You don't look at your 'limit' depth, could make sink it a wee bit more without losing position.

Thanks guys, still not super happy with it, but it'll do for now. Yeah, I basically took nearly 4 months off training this year. And I'm about 7-8kg lighter.

Squat felt good. First rep on vid went forward, 2nd was a little high, 3rd felt good. Went to do 3 more, but I was sinking them nice and easy so did 5 good below parallel reps.

100kg bench was hideous, but got it.

f**king deadlift. Dunno what's going on there. Second time to fail 190x3. The whole pull is hard, even off the floor which is usually not a problem for me.
